I was happy with the service that Eric, the mechanic, provided. At first it was a little difficult getting ahold of people in the service department and I had to wait awhile to get a response after I had my car towed there, but overall I thought the customer service was good and my car is running again.

Had my crv treated today with resist all and oil change. Was told 2 to 3 hours but I had to call a few times to get update on the progress. It took much longer. Other than communication, my experience was wonderful. EXCELLENT job on the resist all. My car looks beautiful. I will be coming back for several years, so we will get the communication right. I have no doubt. Service lady, Melissa was fine, so I will probably go back to her. Thank you
