There was initially a mistake based on poor communication, and work was done on my van that I had not authorized. Josh took care of the situation and was kind and calm throughout the process. Thanks, Josh! You turned my situation around.

Our family loves our Hondas and the folks from Hare sales, and the service department. Nelson, our customer rep, couldn't have been nicer as well as having a great sense of humor. Great service and quick

I dropped my car off in the overnight drop off. I received a personal text message in the morning with a name and phone number stating they were starting the service. They sent me an update on the service and pricing. I called them back and after speaking to them the tire was covered under warranty. They stated they would take care of it. I called them about 4:30 to see if it was ready but I had to leave voicemail. I called again 15 minutes later because I was getting a ride to pick my car up. I was told my car would be ready upon arrival. I arrived 5:25. My car was ready and I was in and out in 5 minutes. It was overall a good experience. The text service is great. I am not sure it is possible but if you could do more updates through the text service that would be awesome. Like estimated time your car is ready.
