Recall item was fixed much quicker that we thought. We anticipated being there for hours but was than only about an hour. We even bought our breakfast because we thought we would be there awhile.

The service, including dealing with a recall notice was very fast and handled professionally. The only issue I have is that when I arrive they dont know or care that I have scheduled an appointment and given them all of the information about what services need to be performed. If there is a line, you wait just as long as someone without an appointment. Online scheduling appears to be a great service, but it seems like the on site reps dont know it exists.

Under the circumstances of reconstruction. I drove in with no appointment for the needed service. The service rep was very efficient. In and out in a little over one hour.
