I did not have an appointment, but my tire light went on and I was in the area. They checked my tires, inflated and rotated them, and squeezed in an oil change in an hour. Thank you!

I got an appt quickly and was able to get a loaner car when I requested. The loaner car was equivalent to my pilot since i had to travel and do soccer. It was very easy and fast and my communication with the service dept was overall extraordinary. I will be getting Honda vehicles only from now on. Best service experience I've ever had with my vehicles.
