Customer service bays were backed up due to renovation resulting in slow response time to take customer information. Aside from this short-term issue, service was very good.

Appreciate them doing an all point check on car while in shop for warranty. Found several issues that was reccommended. Everything was corrected and was on road within 2 hours of warranty issues and repairs.

I just went in to pick up a mirror for my van since mine was all cracked. Was planning on putting it in myself but when I was in the parts department Jake Cook offered to replace it for me. He wrote the order up for labor and it was done in an hour. Saved me from making an appointment to come in again. Everyone in the parts department were really friendly!

I brought both of my cars (2018 Civic & Accord) in for service on the same day. I waited on the Civic oil change /rotation and then cave back to drop off the Accord for a brake evaluation. I was provided a 2019 Accord to use as a loaner to use as we live over 25 miles away and then I could spread out the multiple trips over two days. Despite the service department staff being under staffed, our service advisor Megan was very professional and accomodating. Very pleased with our service as always.
