I gave 3 stars because I was happy with the experience minus one big thing. The way the service contract was explained and sold to me was nothing short of deceptive. So much so that I immediately asked to cancel it before leaving the dealership with my new car. I was told it was included in the price of the car. The truth is they added it and then included it. I was told it would cost me $31 per month but the final cost was actually over $60 per month. Again, I only noticed this after half the paperwork had been signed. I’m now trying to cancel it and see the correction on my finance portal and it’s going to take a month or so. In the meantime, I’m being charged interest on that money. Lastly, I was told there would be no deductible to use my service contract, and that was not true either. The paperwork clearly states there is a $100 deductible.

I had a so/so experience with Hare Honda. When I pulled into the service garage I was the only car there and waited about 5 minutes. One of the older gentlemen that move the cars in and out of the service area came to me and told me I could either wait in the car or go inside but someone would be with me shortly. Matt came and assisted me. He was very helpful and friendly.I left and returned a few hours later when my car was finished. I walked into the service area behind another woman. There were 4 service individuals at their desks. After several minutes a man assisted the woman and asked me if I was coming in to pick up a vehicle. I said I was and he said someone would assist me shortly. I waited about 10 minutes. My husband was waiting in his truck to make sure my car was ready. I turned to him and shrugged my shoulders. Another man that moves the cars to and from the service area saw me, walked over from two stalls over and asked if I was picking up my vehicle. He then pulled my file from the cabinet, took it to one of the service attendants and asked him to help me. This individual turned and looked behind him. I assumed he was checking to see if Matt was at his desk. He turned back around and proceeded to assist me.My suggestion is that you hire a customer service liaison to greet customers when they come to drop off or pick up vehicles and assign someone to help. Thank you!
