Work done in less time than was quoted. Professional staff. A bit noisy with the construction, but I wasn't there long. Could ask customer if they have a coupon for service before write up complete. I forgot I had one and it could have saved $40. Otherwise. ...GREAT!

Sales person was great to work with. The finance manager, Marcus, was very professional and really knew his job. He made the finance end of the transaction go very smooth considering his temporary office situation.

I was told that everything is excellent, then later I checked the email communication from the service technician that said the tire should be balanced. Not sure that is true or just something to get the bill higher. Anyway, I was not contacted while I was at the service center of this nor told about it when I was paying for the service of A1 maintenance. Communication with the customer should be better because I drive 45 minutes (or longer depending on traffic) to get there and I would appreciate a face to face communication about service that I may need completed on that visit, not an email that I read later sometime.
