Repair was done on time and quickly. My service advisor was friendly and courteous. Restroom facilities still dreadful.

I made an appointment to get some work done on my car and was not surprised at the service I received from Hare. Nelson Catalan has a loaner car ready for me in order to get the work done on my car and not be inconvenienced by not having a way to work or having to wait until my car was ready. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Miguel was helpful and honest. I had anxiety about buying again because of a previous experience but I was at ease the whole time and love my car!

If I could award Hare Honda Service 10 stars I would. Sarah Zipoff, the young lady we dealt with went above and beyond to see we were taken care of. Her patience was awesome. Hare Honda provided us a Lonaner vehicle. The service personnel met all the ridiculous demands of the extended warranty company. Suffice it to say, Hare Honda has earned our trust and loyalty.

The sales person was excellent The detailing department lacks ethics took me over 4 hours to clean and detail the car myself there was wax left on the plastic parts the glass was dirty inside and out the seeds were dirty there was wide items left on the carpeting in the back I just think they could have done a better job at detailing other than that no complaints
