Super concerned after my son had a minor accident in the Accord. Thankfully, he’s fine but the Accord needed some attention. Nelson is always great and actually allowed me to use a loaner while the technicians reviewed the car for damages and fixed it...almost good as new. Thanks for great customer service and easing a worried mom...even during hectic construction at the dealership. Many Thanks!
