Excellent sales rep. Good car. Only stumbling block when I got home and tried to transfer my XM account from my old car to the new one. XM did recognize the radio ID on the car, and took over half an hour on the phone to get the process started. Other than that one glitch Hate would get a perfect score.

I always have a great customer experience at Hare Honda whenever I visit. I was a little disappointed during my last visit as I don’t feel they listened to me. I still experience the same issue with my Honda as I did when I brought it in. They said they could find nothing wrong. Maybe they are correct, but never once did they ask me to speak with the tech or ride along and explain. I’ll now be taking it to a local mechanic for another opinion.

Service was great but the construction going on everywhere in dealership was terrible. There was no way to get from customer lounge to showroom unless you went outside and walked to the front of dealership. Hopefully construction will be done soon.
