The service was easily a 5-star until I was ready to leave after paying. The service representative said the following as best as I can remember: 1. You’ll be receiving a survey within a week. 2. We are a five-star facility and cannot except anything other than five stars. 3. When you receive the survey, please give us five stars. 4. If you are not going to give us five stars, please throw the survey away and do not fill it out. 5. If you give us anything but five stars, people‘s jobs are on the line and they will be fired. The above request was unacceptable and worthy of a one star rating but I didn’t want to penalize the other workers who did a great job. This type of behavior is really concerning to me and I hope the management at Hare Honda take steps to address these types of actions.

Everything good except the headlights. I don't know why, but every time I have a headlight bulb replaced, the lights need to be re-aimed properly. This time, the dims are ok, but the brights are off a little.

The time given for the job was pretty close. My advisor Steve listened to my needs and kept me informed as it went. I had been thinking of trying another dealership after my last experience at Hare, which would have have earned -star. But I thought I'll give you one more try and so happy I did.

I am very pleased with the deal that we made at Hare Honda! It was a hassel free deal and the staff was friendly and helpful.
