My problem was me! After researching my problem the service rep brought out the tech guy and they helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. A simple mistake on my part but they were very helpful and understanding! I really appreciated the efforts they made to solve my problem. A job well done!👍

They said I needed an air filter and a cabin filter without checking either of them. I had changed both out a couple of weeks ago.
