When I pulled in to the service garage, got out of the car. I stood there for a minute or two. No one would acknowledge me or give me eye contact, Many employees were seated, but all focused on their computer screens , instead of the customer!!! Finally Steve Wheat approached me. He was great, I remember him from a previous visit, But yes, the staff could be more warm & friendly, Also calling Hare is a pain. Takes forever for someone to answer the phone. Call backs are never grated as well.

The service was good, but I felt like I was rushed when dropping my car off I had one more concern about my car and I was rushed in the drop off line and did not get to say anything about the other concern.
