The service itself and the shuttle drivers were excellent. I have one suggestion. I understand the impact construction projects have on operations. I waited 35 minutes before I could pull into the bay. Three people came out and said it will be just a minute. I would recommend you ask customers to wait inside rather than outside in a hot car. I actually asked after waiting 35 minutes if I could wait inside. Otherwise it was excellence and I will always bring my car to Hare Honda.
