I was very pleased with the service even though I didn't have an appointment.

More work was suggested on my car but I had already been waiting in the lounge for almost 2.5 hours when that came through, if it had been sooner I would have considered getting those things done, but with the wait I already had I wasn't going to wait longer.

We had a warranty repair that was scheduled. Everyone was friendly and polite. Work was done promptly. Good job.

The only concern I have is the labor applied to the oil change, tire rotation and differential was $118 and the did not have it over an hour. It seems to me that since the switch from Terry Lee to Hare the increased billing and the push for mor work to be done on each visit. Not happy about this change pushing more maintenance on each trip for an oil change.
