Good job by all except waiting 2.5 hours for the loaner. Was there the day before and was advised that they did not have any loaners but if I made an appointment for next day they would have a loaner.

Check in was a bit hectic and disorganized with others arriving after me but getting into a bay first; therefore being served before me. Other than that, Steve and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Service I had done was fine!
