When I drove in on the right hand lane no one came to take my info for at least 10 minutes. People coming in after me were helped and sent on. I have never had that happen.

I went for routine maintainance and got it done with in the provided time even with the heavy workload. I’m pretty happy with that thanks to Steve.

Warm and polite customer service. Good examination plus Explanations Of what’s needed for your car. I really appreciate that for those of us that know nothing about the functions of a car. Thank U for excellent service.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was wrong. I was greeted, taken care of immediately, and informed in depth about what the problem was. The only issue that prevented 5 stars was the timing. It took both longer to diagnose and repair the issue than I was told and I was not given updates while the work was being done.

Quick and easy oil change. I did not have an appointment, but they got me right in. They let me know about a couple of issues and i Will address them with an appointment at a later time.

I am just a little disappointed that it took an hour to get an oil change. The young lady that checked me in told me it would take that long and I decided to wait, but when I selected your dealership to get it done I was not expecting it to take that long.

Great experience

Steve was wonderful! He explained what he was going to do while being friendly and patient. The system of testing to approve an additional recommended service mid-appointment was a great feature. We will return for future service needs!
