Our salesman, Mark Kinser was right at the front door waiting for us. He had the paperwork ready and handled the entire process very professionally. He went over all the aspects of the paperwork and also all the features of the new CRV when the paperwork was done. The Business Manager also did a great job! We were in and out of his office in a very timely basis.
