Nelson was great. From when we pulled in the bay to drop off until we came back for pick up. He kept us updated and let us know when service was completed.

The service was excellent, all 5 stars . Just one thing to add , Honda has always special coupons on the website , most of the customers are unaware of this

My only complaint was that I was left standing there unsure of what to do when I first arrived. But being that all your employees were busy with something, I have no complaint against them. When someone was finally free to help me, they did so promptly, answering all my questions and arranging a shuttle back to work for me. So I probably just arrived at an overly busy time (admittedly, the lunch hour.) I just felt rather uncomfortable not knowing who to speak with, where to go, or what to do once I pulled my car into the bay.
