I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 min to complete an oil change and tire rotation. It took them 20 min! I was ecstatic and it really helped my schedule

Over-booking with the current workforce of technicians and number of bays seems to be an issue

Steve was great! He was quick and efficient, and my vehicle was done in no time despite the large volume of cars there for service at the time.

Katie was awesome! I was a little irritated because I made an appointment but had to come back because the wait was over two hours. Katie was great and made me feel better about the experience

Setting up the appointment was done at my convenience. The service advisor (Meghan) was very sweet and kind. I was originally told it would take 3 hours took 2. Had it been 3 a courtesy car would have been nice. There’s a lot of construction going on but that just life. Hopefully the next time it will be done. I love my CRV
