Super service very thorough very fast

The check in process for my car took too long. Even though I had an appointment for 10:30, I was told (nicely) that it really did not matter.

Our Dealing with your service was excellent. You treated us " right " and was very happy with the result. Your Service Advisor was extremely patient and help us find a used car that was to our liking and a very good deal. I can say Nothing but Good about the experience.

I was advised that due to the number of cars in for service and the ongoing renovation, I could expect to be there for 2.5 to 3 hours for my routine maintenance. The service was completed in just less than two hours. I was also sent a text containing an inspection report for my other vehicle performed some time ago. A little confusing, but no harm done.

The service advisers are all professional, knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help. They communicate well every time I need them. The service manager also provides excellent customer service. I recommend this service department to my friends and family often.
