Each of the employees I dealt with were very professional and courtesy. Each knew their business details. However, I find the purchase process still locked in the "dark ages". It took less time for me to conclude the purchase of my current home than to purchase my current vehicle. A RIDGELINE which I find a pleasure to drive.

Scheduled appointment for recall and oil change and was in and out quicker than I anticipated.

I located a vehicle I was interested in and made an appointment to test drive. I liked the vehicle and chose to purchase. My sales associate, Karen took very good care of me and within an hour I was out the door in my Honda CR-V.

They gave me a good rate that beat what I was able to secure at bank. And of course the vehicle was priced to where I could not pass it up. I came from far so it was well worth the drive.
