Drove in on a Monday morning for an oil change with no appointment. I did not know I needed an appointment for an oil change - have not needed in the past. Took 2 and 1/2 hours of waited for the oil change. Too long!

Service specialist was kind & courteous. My work took a little longer than expected, but I had brake work done. It was discovered that my front brakes needed replaced when I arrived. I hadn't anticipated that. All-in-all, the work was completed in a fair amount of time.
