The advisor was friendly but I asked him if I was getting the 50% off oil change offer that we were told we were getting and he said yes but it was $10 short of 50%. Also I made an appointment with a specific advisor but they weren’t there so I wish the appointment system would recognize their schedule maybe. It’s just easier to have some one you’re working with rather than sitting there waiting with tons of other cars wondering who and when someone will help you.

Wait time was longer than expected for work to be performed. After diagnosis parts were ordered, repair performed very quickly. Exceeded the expectation for same day repair of ac compressor.

Great service. Had and oil and filter change. Was turning around quickly and professionally on a busy Saturday.
