I was told from the beginning what was happening with my car, I was given a loaner vehicle over the weekend, and my car was done right when I was told it would be.

The 4 stars Does not reflect on your service rep. Surprised that there was no indicator for where a vehicle was within the service line. It helps the people in the waiting room when they can see an expected delivery

As always, I was greeted and treated very well. Time went by quickly. Checkout was quick. Was hoping to say hello to my salesman but didn’t see very many around. Didn’t ask for him either. Great service.

Went to Hare for routine maintenance, which was completed promptly. While rotating The tires, the service tech noticed a bubble on one tire, so that needed to be replaced. Thankful for the catch, but since tire was not in stock, it had to be ordered.

I had an issue with my tires,so I made an appointment and was seen promptly. I have an older Honda, and I appreciate the care and attention given to my tire issue. Also, the price was well worth it. And my bonus was increased gas mileage!
