Nelson Catalan was the best service consultant I’ve had at Hare Honda Service. He taught me about my car, tires, and since I was waiting, he made sure I had a estimated time my car would be ready. Most of all, he was kind - the door was always open for me to walk through, He knows customer service! Thank you, Nelson! I appreciate you!

Nelson our service advisor was excellent, we appreciated the clean and socially distanced waiting room with everyone wearing masks, the Starbucks hot chocolate hit the spot on a dreary winter day. We did have to return to dealership within minutes after leaving due to low tire pressure light coming on, it was taken care of quickly, computer needed reset after tires were rotated. My wife and I both agreed the service exceeded our expectations, we will be back.

Jeremy(really amazing over the top professional honest hard working kind) my service person, was fantastic as was Jacob my mechanic....Jacob was really super duper too! The waiting area beautiful clean and serving Starbucks coffee. I could not have been more pleased. I drive a long way to come here and it’s well worth the personal service!
