My service was completed quickly and everything was explained to me. I appreciated the Covid procedures put in place. Impeccable service. I did miss getting a Crew Carwash coupon though.

Eric is a top of the notch service provider! Always knows our needs and is very clear on how he delivers the message out to us! Kuddos to him! I miss the loaners but oh well , it is the new owner’s fault not the service team I guess

A nice touch would be to vacuum front floor mats with every service.

In and out in 1 hour for two software update recalls. Tires inflated to proper PSI even though I forgot to ask to have it done.
