Eric is truly a great asset to Hare Honda even though he is dealing with a physical issue, he still outshine most of the the tech I have had to work him, he's number one in my book!

Nice experience. I was able to get in same day. Pricing was upfront. Additional services were shared via text and you could easily accept or decline services even if you were not at the dealership. No pressure to purchase. Associate was friendly and informative.

When I were in the service department I DID NOT give an email address ; therefore , I DID NOT want to be contacted by Hare automotive after my vehicle oil change had been completed - business for the day at that time were completed as well. Please DO NOT send me text messages.

From the moment I got there Eric (person who helped) was great he was professional and patient especially because I had so many questions. I am a woman and I know somethings about cars but not everything, he took the time to explain and add suggestions as well. Everything was amazing, clean, and safe. Thanks again Eric!

What was going to turn out to be a very poor review turned into an excellent one. I had a recall part and was told it was on backorder I called about every 30 days, and after 3 months I was told the part has been there for over 30 days. I dropped my car off and the next day Beth called me and said that there was a problem see I needed to drop my call off with a near-empty fuel tank since this part was a "fuel pump". But Beth worked with the Tech group and got the part replaced. Thanks Beth for the hard work
