Steve made the whole process very smooth and easy today! He was personable and enjoyable to work with. He also made it clear what upcoming maintenance I would need to have done and gave me a heads up on price which is appreciated.

This was my 1st visit to Honda. They made an administrative error but quickly rectified the issues, this alone made me want to return. I appreciate the ownership and accountability so lost in the service industry these days

The battery went bad in my 2 yr old CRV. Called on Friday after Thanksgiving at 3:30. They got me in at 8:00 Saturday morning. Nelson in service was nothing short of excellent & I was back on the road by 11:00. Thank you so much!
