The battery went bad in my 2 yr old CRV. Called on Friday after Thanksgiving at 3:30. They got me in at 8:00 Saturday morning. Nelson in service was nothing short of excellent & I was back on the road by 11:00. Thank you so much!

Person serving us was very good, but we were first in line and when we came in they did not get our car key. This seemed to put us behind and it took ages to get our service done, everybody behind us was done well before us. I am a busy person so it was a bit frustrating.
