We went in for an oil change and came out with a new Pilot. Salesperson Chris and especially Manager Marcus Schuh were professional, polite, conscientious and customer service oriented. They exceeded my expectations. I received everything I want in a car-buying experience and none of the elements of the usual process that I didn't want. My highest compliments!

We really enjoyed our experience at your dealership. The staff was very helpful. One thing that impressed me was when we told our salesmen we were paying with a personal check he asked us a question. He asked where the money was coming out of? He wanted to be sure we weren’t taking it out of our 401k. We save a car payment every month so we were just taking it out of our checking account but it was so nice that he cared enough to ask. He is the reason for our 5 star rating. We called ahead and told him what vehicle we were interested in. It was a used vehicle but he never pushed for us to buy a new vehicle. He answered every question we asked and was very enjoyable to talk to. We would definitely shop at Hare Honda again!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I waited for maybe 45 minutes. Area was clean. Everyone wearing mask. I felt very safe and comfortable. Service was great and price was fair. A good experience.
