John Hughes was very professional, knowledgeable and brought with him, during his explaining of what needed to be done, the mechanic that had the expertise regarding the problem. I was shown the broken nut from the air bag replacement and then shown what needed to be done to fix my car. I was impressed with the waiting area and the whole process that got the car in to be fixed and then to pick the car up when finished.

Your team always does a great job of taking care of me. This is why I travel from Franklin to come see you. I just wish sometimes it was not always an 1-3hr wait for oil change and tire rotation.
