Maintenance was completed fine. When staff were alerted that a customer in the lobby was not wearing a mask as required, the staff member directed the customer to do so and he did. This is in contrast to the last time I was there when 35% weren’t wearing masks and staff & management did nothing. Waiting extra time for the recall repair was OK but shouldn’t be necessary if designed right. It was the 3rd one this year and wasn’t able to be done at my last appointment, Nonetheless today’s visit was fine.

The communication from Jeremy along the way about my repair was excellent. Getting parts and getting them installed took a while. Having a loaner car was a game-changer and allowed me to go on about my life while waiting for this repair to be completed.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I accepted the offer to also rotate the tires as it had been a while. I was then informed that there was a recall on a door latch, and that the parts were in stock and it would only add about 30 minutes to the estimated time of an hour. So an hour and a half. That was acceptable. After two and a half hours had passed, I asked for an update as to why this was taking so long. I was told the recall issue took a lot longer than anticipated, but nobody bothered to come see me in the waiting area to let me know about this. I was left to sit and wonder if they were even working on my vehicle. At about the three hour mark the car was finished. The service tech did credit me the cost of the tire rotation for the extra long wait. That is very much appreciated. Thus the 4-star rating. Better communication and periodic updates that things are not going smoothly would have made a world of difference.
