I was happy overall with the service I received until looked more closely at my bill and discovered that I was charged a fee for making my appointment by phone instead of on line. Very poor business practice. If you are truly there to serve your customers then you should at least be willing to talk to them on the phone.

Gary Jones was amazing! He fast, extremely professional and took amazing care of my car. He kept in contact through text the whole time when my had car had some extra maintenance that needed to be addressed ASAP. I am so happy about that because his advice helped keep my car safe to drive my family in. Time wise it was a much faster appointment than I ever expected and the quality of work was outstanding!
