This was my first visit to Hare service. I walked in the service area and there were 5 Hare employees there. Not one of them greeted me or acknowledge me. After 5 minutes or so, I had to walk up to one of them. Disappointing and not up to Rohrmann standards. Service was performed quicker than promised so that's good.

Gary Jones was very courteous and kind from the very beginning. I've never had my catalytic converter stolen before so I didn't know what to do. He explained everything that needed to be done, from calling my insurance company, filing police report, getting me a loaner car, to having an insurance agent come, etc. There was NO confusion or lack of communication like other repair place I've been to. I was updated throughout the repair process. Thank you for everything.

Deb was very helpful and friendly, despite my appointment being first thing on a Saturday morning! I have yet to have a bad experience at this Honda location whether it was Terry Lee or after the switch to Hare!
