Best Honda experience I’ve had thus far!

I had the best service ever today. I let him know I only had an hour and he made sure everything was taken care of!

Came in for an oil change. Was in and out very quickly. Was also able to use a coupon. Service manager wad very cordial.

I can not say enough good things about Hare Honda. There service is always professional, fast, and accurate. I visited most recently for a battery change. My car would not start in the bay, so the service staff had to jump the car to move it into the mechanics area. Once in mechanic's bay the car was quickly diagnosed, repaired, and I was on my way. Hare Honda is also always fair on pricing. The old statement 'Don't go to the dealership because they charge too much' does NOT apply here.

Outstanding customer service at the servic counter when I arrived.

I was met at the door by a service specialist who asked what I needed done today. He listened and repeated all that was to be done, gave me a time frame to get the work done. Kept me updated and when my car was finished, went over the items that were completed, explained one recall was not done due to lack of parts. Told me he would let me know when parts were available, and walked me to my car. He was polite, attentive, and did not rush me thru my questions.

Appointment set and I got in at that time. Expectations were provided and timing and performance were excellent .

Wonder and fast service. Priced right.
