My appointment took an unusually long time. However, two tasks were major maintenance issues and I expected them to take longer. I was disappointed to find two dirt stains on my front passenger seat. They are responding to my personal cleaning and will eventually disappear. Thank you for making an appointment soon after my call.

Our service specialist, Nelson, took excellent care of our vehicle. Because of his attention to detail and dogged determination to get to the bottom of a particularly elusive issue, we were able to safely and confidently take our 16-hour road trip to visit family.
