Dishwasher being replaced awaiting installation

It seems that your maintenance folks just shows up unannounced. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I come home to some guy in my bathroom. Very dangerous. I could have hurt him. When my bedroom fan needed replacing, again they show up with no previous notice. THIS HAS TO STOP!

Unfortunately, I had to make five phone calls just to get a representative to listen. I phoned the emergency repair number you required and I was told (Linda) to call the regular office as they were present until 6pm. Whereas they told me (Tiny) to call a number that ended up not being set up to receive calls . Which brought me back to the original emergency number (Shannon) who promptly helped me. VIVE/LA needs to get their communications on par with everyone.
