I have had a cracked tooth for a while trying to keep the tooth but the pain was too severe so I called the practice and got an appointment the same day over the Christmas period. My dentist and assistant could see I was worried about having this tooth taken out but tried hard to calm my nerves. I was worried the whole tooth wouldn’t come out but with a lot of hard work my dentist managed to extract the tooth . Next day I got a call to ask me how I was feeling, so overall I am a very satisfied customer ( even though I lost a tooth )

My recent experience for Root canal work and new crown fitting with Sandeep was very good. Sandeep clearly explained the whole process in detail, stuck to the plan and delivered as expected. Professional and friendly, and gained my trust after an initial shaky start due to my nerves and pain. The reception staff where great, following up on each of my appointments and calling me in for a cancellation when my crown arrived early. Would recommend this team at Hartley Dental Practice.
