It's crazy but I actually enjoy my visits to both hygienist (Trudy) and dentist (Heidi) I have worked as a hygienist and know this is a great practice for treatment.

I’ve been attending this practice for many, many years and will never change. The level of treatment is superb from the reception staff, who are all so friendly and helpful, to the expertise of the dentists and hygienists. Having seen Caroline for a number of years she left to go back to her native Ireland so I was a bit concerned who would take over…. shouldn’t have been as along came Sandeep who is amazing. My hygienist, Stephanie, is a delight. They are so thorough, gentle and knowledgeable. Thank you both for looking after me so well.

A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with professional attentive staff

I came for my first appointment at Hartley Practice yesterday, being very anxious and stressed as always having had a real fear of going to the Dentist. I could not have been more fortunate to have found Hartley and so grateful to all the staff that made me feel so welcome and at ease. My Dentist was Sandeep and she was just amazing, she was very kind and patience with me and I cannot thank her enough or Nicola for the attention they gave me. I now have a treatment plan and only wish I had found Hartley Dental Practice sooner and I could have overcome my fear of suffering all the worry I have had. A huge thank you to you all at Hartley. There is not enough space to put all the stars I would like to !

Had a tooth extraction which all went really well, very professional and after care was unexpected.

The environment is very clean and friendly as you gain access to the reception area, and this continues through to the consulting/treatment rooms. All staff are clean, tidy and efficient and the whole experience leaves me feeling, relaxed and puts me at ease to under go any treatment. I feel safe in the knowledge that I will have the best treatment available and that the staff really care.

Always polite staff from reception to dentists and dental assistants. Makes it a very pleasant visit! Very clean as well. Dentist always explains about the treatment you are going to receive and make a trip to the dentist not like it used to be when I was younger!
