Fantastic service from reception to the dental assistant to the actual dentist. I’m Always impressed with the help and kind nature of the staff.

Mr Dorman is an excellent dentist. Been a patient for over 30 years. Always feel very confident & happy with treatment. Would highly recommend. My only negative would be that receptionists can be a bit curt sometimes. Also think might be time to remove the covid screens from the reception desk. It makes the entrance feel unwelcoming.

Staff are are nice and friendly, process is quick and they've even changed the picture on the ceiling so you have something to look at whilst you're having your check up.

Could not wish for better treatment.

Have been with the Hartley Dental Service for over thirty five years and always had great service. Recently I have been receiving treatment for extraction and a bridge. The whole process and options were carefully explained by Milan. He creates, with his dental nurse, a very calm atmosphere and explains what he is doing and ensures patient comfort. Hopefully have another thirty five years if I still have teeth.

Always a friendly reception from the two ladies there, followed by a pleasant experience with mr Gary Dorman and his assistant, well nobody likes going to the dentist but Gary and his team do there best to make it a pleasant time.

Heidi made me feel comfortable and discussed my treatment plan comprehensively before any work was carried out. I am extremely pleased with my new crown and will be recommending her to all my friends, family and colleagues. FIVE STARS !

Always efficient polite and good service.

I have a few problems which made my treatment this time a bit of a challenge but my dentist and nurse immediately went the extra mile to make me comfortable and the work got done.I am always impressed by the quality of the staff at this practice.
