The system is very efficient and the waiting room is very ambient, especially with the fish! My experience with the dentist is admirable as everything is explained patiently but my one reservation is that one has no idea of the costs of treatment each visit and one can go in for a simple check-up and come out with a bill for close to £100. It would be helpful if the charges could be explained before they take place.
