Never had a bad experience at Hartley Dental practice in 24 years; staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind and always happy to take time to explain things properly and fully, giving alternative treatment plans if necessary . Fully private practice so a little expensive but equitable to other private practices and worth it. I'm on the monthly payment plan which really helps. Its sometime difficult to get check up appointments together as a family if you want specific practitioners/dentists but always helpful and available for emergencies or single/couple appointments together. I would highly recommend this practice and have no issues at all. Sallyann Butler

Gary Dorman saw me for a check up. I had one filling, which he was prepared to do on the spot. He took a great deal of care to ensure that I was happy with the outcome and that the filling felt comfortable. Excellent and courteous service from him and all the staff, as always.

As always I was welcomed by very friendly, lovely staff. I was struggling on crutches and Sarah and Trudy did their best to make my time there easy. Great service all round, thank you.

Very good check-up by Milan but I was surprised by the bill at the end and feel that I should have been guided as to how the sum was arrived at and whether it was all strictly necessary. Any amount over £100 should surely be explained when one is only coming for a check-up.
