Staff at the front desk friendly and helpful. Mr Dorman solved my problem and dealt with it straight away. As always, my visit and treatment was excellent

Most people would say a visit to the Dentist is not an enjoyable experience and I would agree it’s best avoided! However, if it’s necessity the Hartley practice makes it, if not enjoyable, at least really good care in a very, very friendly environment. With nothing to fear give them a try.

I had a crown come off. So I had to have an extraction. Gary and the team were very accommodating and did the job the spot. A difficult extraction, the staff were kind and the follow up was faultless. Thanks guys.

Mr Dorman is an excellent dentist. Been a patient for over 30 years. Always feel very confident & happy with treatment. Would highly recommend. My only negative would be that receptionists can be a bit curt sometimes. Also think might be time to remove the covid screens from the reception desk. It makes the entrance feel unwelcoming.
