This was my first appointment at the practice. I was seen on time and the check up was carried out in a very professional and efficient manner. The staff were very friendly and informative.

I have been petrified of the dentist most of my life. With the amazing kindness patience and compassion my dentist, dental nurse and hygienist has shown I have gained confidence and trust. I’ve been coming to Hartley Dental Practice since before Gary Dorman took over the reins (over 35 yrs) and I still have all my teeth - testament enough, I think, to the quality of the service. I moved away eight years ago but still endure the three hour round trip for all my treatment. I tried my local dentist but she was rubbish - and costly!

Excellent service and treatment

It was a really good visit. Recently I developed an irritating problem relating to my bite, it causes me some intermintent jaw pain but a discussion regarding this with Heidi and a small amount of intervention has help ease the problem and the worry. Hygienist visit booked and I have a treatment plan in place - so all good stuff. I must say that the staff are all very polite and firendly at the surgery. Thank you Ladies!
