Helpful and great staff, even though I was in pain I was treated well

Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Teressa who is amazing and always makes me feel welcome and at ease and also to Sarah on Reception who is always smiling and efficient. Matthew, the consultant I saw was lovely, very patient and knowledgeable. Hartley Dental Practice has been my dentist since I was a small child and I have always had a great experience there.

Appointment accessed very promptly when I had a worrying problem. Follow up appointment was also easily made. Ongoing review organised by helpful staff. Mr Dorman is a brilliant dentist. (Please don’t ever retire!)

The dentist is something of an anxious experience for me, but Heidi was incredibly calming and professional as always, really helped to put me at ease.
