A long time patient booked for root canal. Procedure and all it's pro's and con's fully explained in an unbiased and easily understood way. Procedure its self was pain free and no where near as bad as expected, Dentist was reassuring throughout. Practice as a whole is friendly and helpful and the check call the following day is appreciated

Highly recommend Hartley Dental Practice They staff are very professional, welcoming and friendly. The practice is kept spotlessly clean, and nice little touches like a TV and aquarium tanks make the waiting room a comfortable area to be in. I had some bad experiences with dentists in the past but my confidence has been fully restored by my dental surgeon Milan, I now actually quite enjoy my visits, and my Hygienist Trudy has also restored my confidence. I have been visiting this dentist for many years and my children now nearly 22 and 25 have been coming here since before they even had teeth so they would be used to it and have never been afraid. I have recommended many friends to this practice and all have the same positive experience. My mum and brother also come here - my brother makes the journey from Southend to still see the same dentist
