Everything was beautiful

One of the physicians, I believe Dr Owen, made a comment to the patient that was very unprofessional in my opinion. The patient's care team, including Dr West, had been briefed on the patient having poor reaction coming out from anesthesia. The recovery staff was very understanding in allowing family to help deal with the patient until he was more cognizant of his surroundings. While the patient's father went to retrieve the vehicle, one of the physicians told the patient that he "was too old to be acting like that" and he "was embarrassing his family". This is extremely non-compassionate, unprofessional, and generally rude. I would be more embarrassed having a coworker that would speak that way to a 17 year old under the influence of medication in a post operative state than any behavior displayed by said patient. What the physician did not care to see was the patient was concerned that he had said or done something to hurt the staff while under anesthesia due to his known reactions to medication and that he was trying to leave so that he did not say or do anything to hurt the staff. Embarrassed? Not in the slightest of my son. Of a provider at the clinic? Very much so.

Perfect Score! I give 100, 10 just isn't good enough. I have never been to any medical facility that was as nice and professional as Hattiesburg Oral Surgery and Implant Center! Facility was top notch clean and quite comfortable. I had a major issue I'd dealt with for 2 years. The window i had was small due to my work schedule and they said come the next day for consultation and minutes later did the surgery. Its amazing not to hurt. Thank you all staff for the absolute best treatment you gave me. GOD BLESS

I wasn't fully asleep during the procedure. I could see and hear the staff. I didn't feel like they provided proper prescriptions to take home for pain. I feel like they didn't take me seriously about what works for me for pain. Everyone was nice and professional .

Excellent experience

I felt welcomed from the first visit to the last. I had a great experience. All the staff was so nice.

All Dr So wicks staff as well as himself was very professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. Both of my teen grandchildren needed their wisdom teeth taken out and they both have done wonderful after surgery. Thank you to the entire team!

This office is very well run! The staff is very organized and helpful and Dr. West was very comforting to work with.
