I was very impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff. Everyone was so nice and never minded explaining in more detail what I did not understand. Dr. West was so down to earth and went over all the details. He made time for questions and took the time to put me at peace with the procedure. Thank you to all involved with our visit and surgery. Also, thank you for providing us with wonderful folks to enjoy.
