The statement I received indicates that there is 468.00$ left to pay for January’s rent. However, this has been paid in full by me on January 1st 725.00$.

There is an outstanding charge of $331 that doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s titled Accelerated Rent and on the notes it says New move in on 12/16. I was told already that my room doesn’t have any damages and that I will not have any charges. I am expecting FULL refund of my deposit. Thank you!

Throughout my time living there I made multiple reports about serious noise disturbances coming from the unit above me — yelling, screaming, banging — that sounded like a domestic situation. Despite my reports, nothing was ever addressed and the situation continued. I genuinely felt unsafe in my apartment.Per the lease, the living environment was supposed to be safe and comfortable, and I did not feel that my safety concerns were taken seriously or resolved. Because of this, I don’t believe I should be held responsible for the full two months of additional rent as I felt I had no other choice but to leave for my safety.
