I was barely ever in that apartment and never used the utilities. I also transferred apartments so I do not know where this electricity bill is coming from. On my resident portal it says I owe $5.37 and in the email I received it says I owe $7.95. I am just a little confused.

I have two damage fees charged to me after move out and am considering why they were charged ot me. The first one is a ceiling damage fee for it looks like curtains that were hung but I didn't have nay curtains hung in my room so I would assume it was from a prior resident and I don't think it's fair that I'm being charged with it. Also a damage fee on the wall which was there prior to my move in. I moved into this room in the second semester and I think these things were missed after the prior resident moved out and am wondering why I'm being charged with it. If theres anything that could be considered please let me know, thank you.
So it says that I got charged $50 for the leaving stuff in the apartment but the stuff that’s there isn’t mine. I threw away all my things away, so I don’t know why I’m being charged for stuff. That’s not even mine. when I left, nothing was in my room. Because I forgot to lock the door before I left and I assume someone put that stuff in my room because none of that stuff is mine there were other people moving out while I was moving out to . My room was completely empty when I I left, I have witnesses who saw my room was completely empty when I left

My room was cleaned from the room to the bathroom. i had a foot injury so i was unable to go up and finish but my girlfriend ended up finishing the cleaning for me. everything that was cleaned was shown to me on facetime so i could see one last look of my room before moving out. i was sent an email being charged for cleaning but never was sent any pictures of what wasn’t cleaned. i replied to the email asking what wasn’t done because no images were sent to me just to get an email from the account manager telling me the images were on the bottom of the email and told me i was charged. the only link on the email was this dispute form and no file for pictures.

I believe that what you’re talking about (the $75 charge) refers to the dry erase board that one of my roommates attached to the wall in the kitchen. I moved in after that board had been attached to the wall, so I thought it was part of the renovations. I had no part in that decision. I’m assuming that’s what the damage charge is for, I looked over the entire apartment and found no damage matching the image. I have attached my ledger and a photo I took while monitoring my acne progress shortly after I moved in dated April 19th. I did not attach the whiteboard to the wall, especially as I was actively unpacking my things, from my old apartment, which did not include a white board. I’m surprised this was not noticed in previous inspections before I moved in.

In the cleaning checklist for move out it describes bathtub/shower cleaning being a $50 charge. I accept those charges due to some staining on the bathtub. I should not be charged $150 for cleaning. The pictures the property has provided to me seem to be mold growth that is due to their poor air ventilation and air conditioning malfunctions. I will not pay for managements lack of proper ventilation that caused mold growth. As soon as I moved in I noticed the smell of mildew and mold was already present so this is a property issue not an issue caused by me.
